In my marketing career, I used UX research methods to gain a competitive advantage. Currently, I'm a Senior UX Researcher driving product success and customer satisfaction for the leading customer data platform, Twilio Segment.
Outside of work, I'm often found crocheting or knitting, cooking, reading, or practicing yoga. I've been a motorcycle blogger (and even an instructor!), and I love enjoying coffee and traveling with my husband.
